Terms of Service

By submitting an application or using services provided by Listed Fire (operated by Only Good, LLC, "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Listed Fire provides AI-enhanced real estate video editing services using customer-supplied media. Our team uses artificial intelligence tools and professional editing to create real estate marketing videos from photos, videos, and other media provided by you.

Listed Fire does not perform on-site filming, photography, or any in-person production services. We work entirely from media you supply.

By submitting media to Listed Fire, you represent and warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and use all submitted:

• Photographs
• Video footage
• Logos and brand assets
• Music or audio (if supplied)
• Floor plans and property diagrams
• Property information and listing details

You agree not to upload any copyrighted material, music, imagery, or other content you do not own or have explicit written permission to use.

Listed Fire is not responsible for any copyright infringement, licensing violations, or legal claims arising from customer-uploaded content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Only Good, LLC and Listed Fire from any claims arising from your submitted media.

By submitting your media, you grant Listed Fire a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access, download, and edit your submitted materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requested project.

This license does not grant Listed Fire any ownership rights over your media. Final edited videos become your property upon receipt of full payment.

Estimated delivery timeframes (typically 48–72 hours for single videos, 5–7 days for packages) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on project complexity, volume, and media quality provided.

Delays caused by incomplete or insufficient media, unclear instructions, or extended revision requests are not the responsibility of Listed Fire.

Revision allowances are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Single AI Listing Video: one (1) revision
• Listing Launch Package: two (2) revisions per video
• Agent Monthly Plan: as agreed in your monthly arrangement

Revisions must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Revision requests submitted after this period may be treated as a new project.

Revisions cover adjustments to the existing edit. Requests for a completely new creative direction after production has begun may incur additional fees.

Payment is required before or at the time of project submission as agreed. Prices are as listed on the website unless a custom arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Because creative editing work begins shortly after submission, refunds may be limited or unavailable once production has started. If you have concerns about your project before production begins, contact us immediately at jordannassie@gmail.com.

If Listed Fire is unable to complete your project, you will receive a full refund.

Listed Fire retains exclusive ownership of its editing workflows, AI processes, templates, proprietary methods, branding, website design, software, and all intellectual property associated with the Listed Fire brand and Only Good, LLC.

Nothing in these terms transfers any Listed Fire intellectual property to you.

Unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins, Listed Fire reserves the right to display completed videos in its portfolio, on its website, in its social media accounts, and in its marketing materials as examples of its work.

To opt out of this use, notify us in writing at jordannassie@gmail.com before your project begins.

By using our services, you agree that:

• All content you upload belongs to you or you hold the necessary rights to use it
• All property information and listing details you provide are accurate
• You will not upload illegal, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing material
• You will respond to revision requests and communications in a timely manner

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Listed Fire and Only Good, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of listings, lost opportunities, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Listed Fire shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
