Uploaded photos and videos are used only for creating the real estate marketing content you requested.

We access the media you provide (via shared links to Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services) solely to complete your project. We do not sell, license, or transfer your media to any third party for any other purpose.

Unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins, we may display completed videos in our portfolio, on our website, or in our marketing materials to demonstrate our work.

Application data (name, email, phone, property details, and media links) is stored securely in our database provided by Supabase. We do not store the actual media files you upload — only the links you provide.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the following third-party services in the operation of our business:

• Supabase — database and backend infrastructure for storing application data
• Google Drive / Dropbox / WeTransfer — customer-provided media sharing links we access to complete your project
• Netlify — website hosting and deployment
• Stripe (if applicable) — payment processing; Stripe handles payment data under their own privacy policy

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them directly.

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to improve performance. We do not use cookies to track you across third-party websites for advertising purposes.
